Hi everyone – thanks for visiting my blog

I am an ob/gyn physician who specializes in obstetrics, gynecology, infertility, urogynecology, and wellness. I practice at Optima Women’s Healthcare, a spa-like comfortable, relaxing setting for women in Parker, CO.

I focus on overall women’s healthcare and provide personalized and individualized care for each patient. I use healthcare social media to educate, engage, and empower women, patients, and the community about their healthcare.

I’ll be discussing women’s healthcare, medical insights, female empowerment, community information, and life experiences on this blog. I hope to provide good information related to my practice, women’s health, medical updates, healthcare reform,  and patient resources.
